Terms of Participation

The " Early Bird" Fees apply for registrations made on or before 6 PM IST 10 October 2009. Registrations after this date are subject to the Standard Fees.

It is only possible to participate if the total amount is paid before the conference. Conference participations can be cancelled only until 6 PM 12 Ocotober 2009. The organisers will charge a Cancellation fee of INR 500. Registrations after 12 October 2009 cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made under any circumstances.

The organiser has the right to change the conference program for organizational or other reasons.

In the event of the conference being cancelled, the conference fees will be refunded. Any other claims to the organizer are not valid. Should the conference be postponed, the conference registrations remain valid. Product and brand names are usually registered trademarks of the respective companies.

SOA India 2009 is an event of S&S Media. The organizer holds all copyrights for the content of the conference.

Seats for each session is on a first come first serve basis. Should you find no seats available in a specific session, please choose another parallel session to attend. Thanks for your cooperation.
